Hyatt Place Orlando/Lake Buena Vista

I recently stayed here at this hotel and wanted to let everyone know my thoughts. I had two rooms reserved for my family and both were connecting rooms up on the 6th floor. When I arrived to check in Saturday evening, I was met by a very nice young lady who checked out families in. She was very detailed and made sure that everything was correct. Upon getting up to our rooms I was amazed at how spotless and clean the rooms were. The beds were very comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, and the view was amazing. I was also so surprised at how close this hotel was to everything. Our families went down for breakfast and we ere told upon check-in it was a complimentary breakfast so we assumed it would be very small. NOT.......This amazing buffet breakfast had everything imaginable on it that you could imagine, from eggs, home fries, sausage, oatmeal, assorted cereals, yogurts, and then some. I was overlay blown away at this. In closing, I would highly recommend this Hyatt Place to anyone who is looking for a very reasonable location. The staff there including Johny whom we met Sunday morning upon checkout was amazing. Johnny is truly a rock star. He made sure our stay was satisfactory and that we were extremely happy with everything. Thank you Hyatt Place for an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. We will definitely be staying here every time when we visit Orlando.

I recently needed to make a last-minute booking for a photography convention in Orlando and I came across this hotel. I called on the phone to inquire about the race and I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Phillip who said he was the assistant manager. He told me that there was no need for me to call the 800 number to book a reservation that he would handle it for me. He was extremely very professional and courteous. When I arrived, he happened to be working and I met him and he really took good care of me. He made sure that everything was perfect. When I get up to my room, I saw that the room was spotless and very comfortable. The beds are extremely very comfortable and the rooms are very clean as well. I got up the next morning for breakfast and I was amazed at their breakfast buffet. It was more than I expected. There was so much food you could go into a food coma. I want to thank Phillip and his amazing staff at this property for a great visit. Thank you and I would highly recommend this property to anyone

I recently stayed here for a business trip and from the moment I walked in the door. I got an amazing person behind the counter that took care of me. He was very professional and courteous, and took extremely good care of me. From what I can remember, his name was Phillip and I do believe he was the assistant general manager. He made sure that everything was to my liking and made sure that I was completely satisfied during the check-in process. When I got up to my room, it was beyond my expectations. The room was sparkling clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid down in for a hotel. Also, their breakfast in the morning was totally amazing. Unlike the other hotels their breakfast is a full breakfast buffet, and it was very hot and fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay here.

This Hyatt place is nice and in a great location. Next to a lot of good restaurants and also by a lot of attractions in the area. They do have paid parking. Giving it 5 stars because of location, amenities and price for the area it's in. This Hyatt is starting to show it's old some some places but overall very clean. Rooms are nice and quiet. Has pool and hot tub

Wonderful experience. The hotel is super clean like most Hyatt places. But the service here is exceptional. The general manager, Phillip what's a especially professional, friendly, and responsible. But everyone we dealt with was great, better than 99% of hotels in my experience.

Good location. The hotel is about 15 15-minute drive to Disney World. There are many food options in the area. Hotel breakfast was good. The hotel doesn’t have a single microwave for guests to use, which I found odd. I asked the breakfast attendant about the microwave, and he said there wasn't one. I wonder how they heated food . The front desk staff didn't explain any of the hotel charges, such as parking. She handed us one paper, and that’s it.

The Hyatt Place was a nice stay. Room is average for a 3 star but clean. There is plenty of restaurants around in walking distance. About 2 miles from 1-4 interstate. Phillip Jones II was friendly and attentionive. He upgraded our room plus provided a few other perks. We enjoyed our stay overall

Our three night stay at the Hyatt in Lake Buena Vista was truly a wonderful experience overall. While we did encounter a small bump one evening when our room keys weren’t working, and at times the hotel felt a bit quiet, those minor inconveniences quickly faded thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. Johnny, Axel, Jarvis, Destiny, Philip, Freddy and Manuel delivered first class hospitality and consistently went above and beyond to ensure every request was handled with care and professionalism. Their attention and willingness to help made a lasting impression and turned any brief issues into something that felt like a passing storm. The hotel is currently under new management and undergoing some improvements, so you may notice construction in certain areas. A little patience from guests goes a long way during this time, especially because the staff works tirelessly to take care of their patrons without hesitation. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days at the Disney parks. The pool was clean and heated, which was a great bonus. Returning to the hotel each night was always welcoming for our tired legs, and the entrance had a warm, inviting feel. What really stood out was how the staff greeted us each morning and again when we returned in the evening. They made us feel less like guests and more like friends staying at someone’s home. This is how we got to know everyone at the hotel. We truly loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back in the near future.
